Top Million Dollar Agent is a reality television show which showcases the best in luxury real estate around the world. Each episode features a couple looking to invest in a knockout property, aided by a cast of top Toronto real estate agents. After touring some multi-million dollar properties, the couple has to choose which home is the perfect fit.

Season One

Jin is helping her clients downsize from their Port Credit home to a luxury Toronto condo. They want extra bedrooms for visiting children, premium amenities, and waterfront views. Toronto’s luxury condo market offers many great options.

It’s time to upsize! Daryl’s clients, Marnie and Michael, are leaving downtown Toronto for more space, privacy, and tranquility. With three preteen children needing their own bedrooms and Marnie needing a home office, the search is on!

Mike’s clients are searching for their dream home between Toronto and Barrie, ideally near Hwy 400 in a prestigious neighborhood. With a large dog and plans to start a family, they need a spacious, family-friendly home with room to grow comfortably.

An amazing beachfront property is what Inez’s couple is looking for; these top million dollar agents are sure to surpass their expectations. They currently live in a condo with one child but want a spacious home to comfortably grow their family.

Mike’s friend invites him to an Indian wedding and mentions his uncle is seeking a luxury condo near the airport as an investment and possible place to stay when visiting. High-end finishes are essential, and these top agents can deliver.

Daryl’s couple has grown children with families and now seeks a home with lots of land and nature north of Hwy 7. They both work from home and want a private oasis where loved ones can visit comfortably and they can eventually retire in peace.

A hip young couple wants to start a family in Toronto, but they need some help from the top million dollar agents. They live a very active and busy lifestyle, so they’re looking for a low maintenance home that still has enough space for a big family.

Kevin is a retired, successful businessman and single dad to Shannon and Jennifer. Shannon has been accepted into the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph, Canada’s leading veterinary program, so they are moving to Guelph.

Laura is on the hunt for a new home for long time clients Marino and Paula. The couple and their three kids would like a spacious house with a country feel to escape their hectic lifestyles.

Louise, Jason, and their two children have been living in Europe for the past 10 years, but now they would like to be closer to their family in Canada.

Diogo is a dedicated musician working on his new album. He is torn between Miami and Canada. Toronto is closer to family and feels like home for his music. Danielle shows him properties in both cities so he can decide his next chapter carefully.

Wendy and Daniel want to downsize after their kids move out, but still need an elegant home. She’s a physical therapist and he’s a business analyst. They want a peaceful place away from downtown with at least four bedrooms to relax after work.

Danielle is helping Joseph, a chiropractor, and Nadia, an aerospace engineer. They want a family home with plenty of space for extended family gatherings. Can she find the right place, or will their search prove as complex as rocket science?

Janelle and Manuel are young professionals looking for more space. With one child tagging along on the tour already, they need a place for their growing family. They might need to do some renovations, but they want everything to be perfect.

These two business owners Joseph and Heather work hard and want to play hard! They’re looking for a place to entertain guests, and Daryl’s got some amazing homes to show them.

Season Five
